I began my journey with Teemill 8 years ago when I joined as a production apprentice after leaving university early with no real idea of what direction I wanted to go in my life. It was instantly clear how much opportunity there was for progression and I am now the head of all manufacturing at Teemill accountable for 5 sites across the UK and Europe.

Almost all apprentices who have finished their course have been offered a full-time role afterwards.
The apprenticeship qualification varies across all types of skill sets and roles. We hire future software engineers, manufacturers, creatives, marketers, sales teams, finance teams and more. We provide all of the training, tools and resources that you need to progress in whichever field you choose.

I'm so glad that I've had the chance to do this apprenticeship as it's allowed me to build a career without having to go to university and the chance to explore areas of business that I wouldn't have been able to try and that I hadn't really known about before. The sense of community here is really great and everyone's always willing to help you.

Development doesn’t stop after your first year either. New development courses and milestones will be put in place as soon as you finish, along with a full-time salary.

The apprenticeship scheme changed my life. I started 6 years ago in production as an apprentice. With the help of the team here, and with the determination to succeed, I am now a member of the senior leadership team, I've travelled to multiple countries for work, and I manage a department of my own. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to begin a successful career.
